Inside Sales Manager
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for:
- Making planned sales calls (20-30) on assigned accounts according to Inside Sales Business Plan.
- Following up on all leads and sales inquiries and report results to National Sales Manager.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Maintaining all customer records, contracts and literature relating to territory and position within your PC’s contact management system.
- Developing, maintaining, and negotiating all distributor incentive contracts and customer contracts.
- Maintaining a representative selection of usable samples and be articulate in each to in-service customers as needed.
- Providing Management with market intelligence reports including but not limited to competitive activity, business trends, new promotions, special contracts, special pricing and distribution methods or changes.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree required.
Experience: 3 years of successful experience in prior inside or outside sales experience with quota attainment and territory management required.
Health care or consumer products experience as well as distributor experience is a plus.
Candidates must have the ability to efficiently communicate with people.
