WILLIAM F. WANNER JR. ELECTED TO ULTIMED BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – November 14, 2007 – UltiMed announced today that it has elected William F. Wanner Jr. to its Board of Directors. Mr. Wanner is the Chairman, CEO and principal shareholder of Wanner Engineering, Inc. and its affiliated companies which design, produce and market a range of high pressure pumps and controls for the domestic and international markets.

Additionally, Mr. Wanner was the founder of Recovery Engineering which produces the PUR brand of water purifiers. Recovery Engineering was sold to Procter & Gamble. Mr. Wanner was also principal owner of Lurmark Ltd., Longstanton, UK. Lurmark was sold to Wisconsin Energy Corporation. He previously served as a non-executive director of Wills Group Plc and Darwin Capital Plc. Mr. Wanner currently serves as a director of Ameripride Services, Inc. and Judgephase Ltd.

Mr. Wanner received a BA from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctorate at University of Wisconsin Law School.
