JAMES “Mac” BINGER JOINS ULTIMED BOARD

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – October 11, 2005 - UltiMed has announced today that it has elected James M. Binger to its Board of Directors. Mr. Binger is a member of the Board of Directors of the McKnight Foundation. The McKnight Foundation is a Minnesota foundation with assets of $1.9 billion and annual grants of $80 million.
