BENJAMEN M. BINGER ELECTED TO ULTIMED BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – August 25, 2004 – UltiMed has announced today that it has elected Benjamen M. Binger to its Board of Directors. With his election, the UltiMed board now consists of 6 members, 4 of whom are non-management.
Mr. Binger worked for Emergent Genetics, Inc, a private-equity firm focused on agriculture-biotechnology and is a presently partner in agriculture investment in Montana.
Ben received his BA at the University of Colorado and his MBA at Columbia University. In addition to serving on the board of UltiMed, he is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance Committee of the McKnight Foundation. The McKnight Foundation is a Minnesota foundation with assets of $1.9 billion and annual grants of $80 million.
