ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA - April 3, 2006 - Chris Bahl joins UltiMed as Vice President of Marketing and Sales

UltiMed announced today that Chris Bahl has joined the UltiMed team as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Bahl brings to UltiMed an impressive 12 years of marketing, sales and business development experience within manufacturing, specialty retail and service industries.

Prior to joining UltiMed, Bahl served as Director of Marketing for Gander Mountain and has a proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, manufacturing and product management.

Bahl holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Kansas State University and a master of business administration from Wichita State University.

In his new capacity, Bahl will oversee all UltiMed's marketing and sales management programs.
