ULTIMED RECIEVES UPDATED CANADIAN MEDICAL DEVICE CERTIFICATION (CMDR)

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – February 3, 2006 - UltiMed, Inc. receives updated CMDR certification which is a requirement to distribute and market medical devices in all provinces of Canada. UltiMed sells their full line of diabetic products in Canada through their existing marketing arrangement with Auto Control. UltiMed’s UltiCare product line is available in select retailer and wholesalers throughout Canada.
